Deep Tissue massage is great for individuals suffering with stubborn aches and pains that just won't go away! Deep Tissue is similar to "Swedish Relaxation Massage", except we moved past the superficial layers, and deep muscles are targeted as well as tendons, and fascia to locate possible trigger points known as "knots". Deep tissue, however, can be painful mid-session but eliminating the deep knots can lead to long-term relief lasting weeks after the session. Cupping may be included upon request.
